Anna-Larisa Snijders (1987) holds over 15 years of experience in the financial and hotel sector having filled various roles at ING, APG Asset Management, Corum Asset Management and Red Ribbon Capital Partners where she currently holds an assignment as Head of Business Development, raising capital for its hotel investment products such as the Phoenix Green Hotel Fund which launched in 2023. Between 2013 and 2018 she also initiated and managed a franchise of Global Cynergies placing hotel bookings around the world for global clients. Anna-Larisa's has been involved in numerous hotel real estate transactions since 2018

Anna-Larisa holds a MSc in International Public Management and Policy from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and a BSc in Management & Organization from the Free University of Amsterdam, as well as financial, banking and real estate certifications such as Real Estate Finance from the FOI, and Hotel Investment Analysis & Valuation from NYU.
